        Overall

        Honest, super nice, family owned and operated business. Fantastic people, who stand behind their service! My family has been using Texas A-1 Pest Control for YEARS...wouldn't consider using anyone else!!!

        Overpriced and didn't do the job

        We're still hearing rodents, and had to call another more reliable company to get the job done. This guy was too neatly dressed to be doing work in attics, and that should have been my clue that he wasn't going to solve my problem.



        He was out twice for $180, and wanted $50 for a 3rd visit. We called, and he never called back. We called AccuTrol Exterminating who charged us half as much, and directed us to the main rodent entrance which Texas A-1 never told us about.



        BBB improves company ratings based upon businesses paid fees as shown on 60 Minutes. So, their A+ for Texas A-1 probably means nothing.

        We have checked our records going back over six months and did not find a rodent customer during that time period that had any problems at all. We believe the negative review is an error because of our research and the fact that the pricing for the job does not match ours. Perhaps the customer had a problem with a similarily named company.
