        Overall

        I purchased their aluminum exterior stairs, which are a cheap mill finish. They recommended this staircase for the beach area where I live. I have nothing but problems trying to maintain these stairs from oxidation. They never mentioned anything about about this problem and when I called them for help they had nothing to offer.

        They're great

        I've been buying stairs and railings from Stairways Inc. for over 25 years and I am always impressed with the quality of the unit and also the price. The sales people are very helpfull and make sure you get the stair that is perfect for your needs. I will use them the next time I need a stair.
