Redman Pools

BEWARE!!!! I rate them 0 stars because they only stole my money. They promised me an outdoor paradise and the only thing I got was RIPPED OFF!!! We had a contract and I gave them a 20k down payment and months went by and they never started anything. Then the minute I told them that I wasn't gonna be able to finance the rest of the amount they wanted to start the construction of the pool right away. They told me that they could not accept my cancellation and that they were gonna get started on it. They also filed a cease and desist order against me for no reason and i was to have no type of contact with anyone in the company. At the end they send me a list of charges, thru their lawyer,that total almost 17k and send me a check for the remaining $3000. Needless to say, I'm taking legal action. Customers BEWARE!!!! They are a deceiving company. Beware of their contract too because it is done to their benefit to save themselves in a situation like mine. According to them...based on their contract...they can legally steal your money!!!

This is the third pool that my wife and I have had built. This was by far the most professional, painless design/sales process that we have gone through.



We love our pool!!!!

We're in the current process of having Redman Pools build our pool. I'll update my review if anything changes but as of now...



Redman Pools has displayed a consistant lack of ability in regards to meeting timelines and informing us with regards to additional costs.



They state that they will have workers on certain days and no one shows up, with no explaination. Further, we were informed that they may not have pulled the correct permits for our project, putting us further behind. I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. If your buisness is building pools, shouldn't you know what a realistic timeline is, what the permit process is and examples of additional costs that are built into the pool?



At this point we are behind by appx. a week and a half and that is not due to weather delays. I am hoping that we can find a way to resolve some of these issues and perhaps find a way so that we can both wrap up this project amicably.
