Pure Salon Spa

I have been going to SUK and her business for over 15yrs. Suk does a wonderful job doing my facials and my eye enhancements, and the staff there is wonderful they how to make me feel special. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone.

The receptionist is VERY rude and I agree with the other person; she makes you not even want to this place. I was given a certificate as well and it's almost like they don't want to honor it. I don't understand why they would sell them if they never want to honor it. The excuse the girl at the front desk used was that July is the busiest month of the year. Really? The funny thing was I tried to make an appointment and well they were booked. So, my friend made an appointment and guess what she got in the same day. Maybe I should not have mentioned I had a certificate. It’s funny how all that works. These people are very rude including the owner. I would much rather spend money else where and be surrounded by people with pleasant personalities and a good overall attitude. I will never give these people the pleasure to charge my card. I would suggest to everyone to go to another place. These people are just rude.

trying to use gift certificate.........a massage is 3months in away.....a haircut is a month away for the appt.!! my card exp in novemeber and just got it in may!! how can i schedule all these things on the gift card if theyre so booked? the reps who answer the phones make me wanna not even come!!!! so the gift card is being refunded by smart circle!!!!
