        very inconsiderate

        drove out and looked at an explorer, decided to shop around some more. decided to purchase the explorer so we call to confirm it was still available befor making the 45 minute drive back out there. once we got there, Veals, the salesman informed us that he couldnt sell us the car because the owner wasnt there that day! how inconsiderate for not telling us this on the phone!! if you cant sell a car. dont open that day, or at least tell the people this when they call! very bad experience. dont deal with VEALS!!!! ****he cant help you****
