I was not really sure what to expect. I just knew I had to do something to change . From the first day I came in for my treatment. I was treated with professional courtesy. Brittany especially made me feel at home with her encouraging words and up lifting personality. I'm shedding the unwanted inches, enjoying the decrease in my clothes. When I started my ILOH journey, I weighed 207 pounds. After the first two weeks (6 Zerona treatments), I weighed in and discovered that I lost 8 pounds and 3 inches! Fast forward to today...I've lost 3 more pounds and a few more inches (not sure how many because I forgot to ask). I recently added exercise to my regimen, so for my final two weeks, I plan to see an even greater increase in the amount of weight and inches lost. I recommend ILOH because it not only has kick-started and aided in my weight loss, it has steered me in the direction of an attainable healthy lifestyle. I know that a stronger, clearer, healthier me, is on the way thanks to ILOH.

P.S. The team on Walters Rd. (Brittany, Jordan and Michelle) are SUPER AMAZING! They talk to me, they encourage me and they give tips to make my experience as comfortable and successful as possible!

The experience at Walters Rd. is great. If I have a question about anything they can answer it. The technicians there are very professional and friendly. This is the first food lifestyle that does not leave me hungry after you put your mind to the life change of things that got there in the first place. This may not work for everyone, but combination of lasers treatments and lifestyle changes works for me. Smaller clothes for me already.
