        This conns is horrible. Customer service is amazing for sales but once they got you, they don't care enough to keep you as a customer. They treat horrible and never would I recommend them. The humble location sold me a floor model lawn mower that leaked oil and they blamed it on our neglect that it leaked! I have paid over 400 dollars with warranty on an item I had for 2 weeks. No one cares about me as a customer. The only reason why I am still paying is to not screw up my credit. I have called and called but everyone there states I'm basically screwed. Do not use this place, trust me

        since 1984 i have been buying ...

        since 1984 i have been buying electronics and appliances from conns

        service has always been fast and efficient.

        my 65 inch big screen went out and no parts where available to fix and was only 6 years old,mitsubishi stops making parts after 5 years,conns assisted me with mitsuibishi's customer service and was able to get a 1000 dollar credit towards a new big screen and was able to upgrade to a 73 inch dlp.for a third of the cost .
