Am I able to receive a duplicated ring of Class of 1948 Gilmer Texas.

Ordered graduation pack in February. Half of the items arrived in May. Trying to get through to this company is worst than trying to reach the President of the U.S. on the phone. It may even be easier to reach the President of the U.S. than it is to reach anyone at this company! Very upset! My son's graduation is around the corner and I do not have the items that I bought and paid for over three months ago!
