I bought a ceramic device for 44.99. The first time I used it a 'tooth' broke. I called the next day. The associate said he'd have to check and see what to do. If i can exchange it or if i had to send it to sharp stone. He took my # and said he'd get back to me. It's been over a week. I will not be spending any more money on any products here.

I called and asked if they carried a certain product and she said yes. Then I asked how much it cost, she says she can't tell prices over the phone and its against company policy. Well that is bad business because you are losing sales and losing customers. It's also very annoying.

Under business hours are instructions to call the store for business hours.....so I did.....and I got an answerin machine that told (in a very friendly voice) "please leave a message after the tone".....so....therefore I have to assume your not open.....but still back where i started.....wondering what time ya'll open in the morning. =] ......and I reeeeeeally hate to run all the way over there to find out when ya'll open and then go back home.....and then all the way back when ya'll open....however.......Love the store and very satisfied with all purchases.....and I really want you all to know that as well
