        Dr. Mark Neal Dr. Mark Neal is originally from Thibodaux, La. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he received a degree in biology and later completed medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He graduated with honors, and he is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and completed his dermatology residency at Tulane Medical School where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. William Wilder, M.D. Born in Baton Rouge, La., Dr. William Wilder, M.D. grew up in Hammond, La. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1965 and obtained his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He interned at Earl K. Long hospital and completed his dermatology residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans from 1970 to 1973. He is a board-certified dermatologist and is currently in his 40th year of dermatology practice in Houma, La.
