Will NEVER go back again. I made an appt after hearing such good things about him. It took nearly 4 weeks to finally get in. And I had a broken tooth that was quite sharp and his staff kept putting me off. So I get there and have to sit in waiting room for 45 minutes! it seems like everyone else was coming and going and I sat there waiting. Kids run rampant in the waiting room. And I took a good look - that waiting room could use a real good cleaning. So I finally get in to see the doctor. He is pleasant but I feel he was rushed. He was good at fixing my tooth - when he actually worked on it. He kept getting interrupted by staff and.....his wife and kids???? Seriously?? They could not wait for him to get home. It had to be dealt with at that moment. he finished. I left and his front desk person (?) told me my bill was a whopping $200.00! And that I needed to pay in full at that time. I got another appt but I was told I need to payin full on that date. very rude.

Dr. Karl Woods and his staff are wonderful. They always try to please and will fit you into their schedule somehow if you need them. Very pleasant people. Dr. Woods makes going to the dentist a good experience. He is very caring and gentle and puts your mind at ease. I don't like going to the dentist but when I am there i am always treated very well. I have a favorite hygienist, Sheila. She is very gentle and listens to what you are saying. Great doctor and staff.
