Love staying here! We are young and own a condo here and enjoy our time here, our kids love it as well, very nice people here. Great management!

This place is more like an old folks home than a condo. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable vacation, look somewhere else. Everything is old and management is horrible. The place even looks and smells like an old folks home and the rules are as antiquated as the people. If you are thinking of buying, don't! The place is among the lowest property values in Hot Springs and isn't likely to change in the near decades. Steer clear of this place. Some of the balconies had to be repaired as they wer almost falling off the building. It is a pit!
