        An hour before I was to go in and put a down payment I received this email.

        ####. You just shot yourself in the foot if you wanted us to install your job on Monday. I'm not going to play a waiting game for the down payment. I thought you were coming in on Tuesday, and now it's Friday and you still haven't came in to pay half down and sign the contract. At this time all we have is given you a proposal. I've rescheduled other work for Monday and Tuesday, in the mean time. If you still want us to do your job, you'll have to come in, sign the contract and put half down payment. Then we will find the next open days on the schedule. Dean from Dean's Flooring.



        This is the second time he pushed us back! The first time it happened we had been on the schedule for 1-1/2 months. The day we went in to put 1/2 down he informed us that we had been bumped off the schedule, and he didn't know when he could fit us in next- naturally we left without putting money down- and then the above happened this guy is a joke I invested 5 trips to his showroom and 3 months of waiting and work on my house, to be treated like this? And when we went in to put money down he didn't even remember who we were I had to remind him.
