I'm not going to go into all the details, but it was the worst buying experience of anything I've ever purchased in my life. I did not receive the product I purchased. I was lied to a number of times by upper management. Their customer support from corporate didn't even seem to give a crap. Two weeks after purchase, and a number of deliveries and returns, finally got feed up and had them come get their mattress and box springs out of my house. Still cannot fathom their idea of customer service.
