        Do not use Lowe's for any larg...

        Do not use Lowe's for any large project.!They will not itemize all the hidden costs. I spent a WHOLE MONTH going back and forth...trying to find out exactly what I was paying for when I got a flooring estimate. I had a budget so I needed to find out the cost of each room to make a decision. The guys in the flooring department worked with me to get the estimate within $300 of my budget with my 10% off moving coupon, but the store manager ultimately was the one who wouldn't allow the coupon use. After all the trips back and forth and all the phone calls I am DONE with Lowe's. There is such a thing as customer loyalty and taking a loss for future sales if that was the case. When you are spending 4-5 thousand dollars on home improvement you know the customer would come back for another project, Actually I was also planning on purchasing a new high efficiency washer at the same time, but now I will not even buy a nail there!
