Consistent lack of evident care and compassion provided by nursing staff and lack of interest in our family's pediatric patient's overall care. We have been with this practice for approximately three years and two of those years have been very disappointing. I can understand the lack of personality and charisma from a physician, however, the patient care delivered from the nursing staff is unacceptable. We are currently searching for better care from another allergist in our area.
