Property Closing Group

Beware! We did not close on the agreed upon closing date because the paperwork had not been compiled. This was not a quick close, either - they had more than 3 months to complete the paperwork. A week after the closing, I asked at my bank if the equity line of credit on the property I sold had been closed. It had not. The bank never received the letter I signed at closing indicating that I wished to close the line of credit. Today (seven weeks later) I received notice from the town that the final water/sewer bill on the house I bought is still due. The final payment was supposed to have been handled at the time of closing. If you need to do business with this company, bring a lawyer with you.
