        Overall

        The installation was poorly done and the monitoring is terrible. The sensors keep loosing communication with the box. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night. The monitoring company calls us in the middle of the night because a sensor has a defective battery, and this 2 days after I noticed the error message on the panel.
