Imperial Wood Floors

We asked for an estimate and the owner/manager coming to our house and measuring seemed to be reliable at first. He promised to submit an estimate in 24-48 hours by email. However, he didn't send us any estimate by the time he promised or later and haven't bothered to answer our phone calls or get back to us at all. We informed him that flooring was part of a major remodeling job that we wanted to coordinate with other jobs in a given time period, so his getting back to us was on time was important. I think he should have had the courtesy to notify us, at least, if he was overbooked or changed his mind about doing the job.



In addition, when I checked BBB, to my surprise I found that this company was registered there in auto floor covering, not in hardwood installation in residential homes. All in all the experience with Imperial Wood floors was very disappointing but we might have escaped an even bigger disappointment.
