Purchased a cigarette rolling machine that was defective. Merchant refused to exchange for another machine. Say's they have a no return/exchange policy.....all sales are finale. They don't tell you that until you try to return something.
DON'T USE THIS STORE.....especially if you may want to return the item.

This retailer has refused to stop selling k2/spice type products, and was recently caught in an undercover sting selling it to minors!
