Muffler Man of Holly

needed new muffler and resonator ($627 quote from local ortonville shop). Bought parts on line ($149) thinking could do myself. gave up. Went to muffler man thinking man I am about to get screwed. Wow was 100% wrong. They used my parts(a pleasant surprise) and a few of their parts. charged $80.77 to install. Was less than her original quote of $98 (mechanic was faster than estimated). Saved me $397 bucks. They are a full service shop. I will be back. I know they will not do anything not needed. Certified mechanics too. Took my car in on time and was out of there in less than 1 hour. You want to be treated fair and square try them. Fred.

Wow !! Honest, super friendly & knowledgeable staff - and the shop is clean and maintained too !!! They are miles ahead of most shops - heck most businesses for that matter !!

I took my Chrysler 300 C v 8 there to get my brakes fixed I went there 5 or 6 times and they could not fix the squeaking noise. I had talked to some other local mechanics that are certified and reputable and they head told me that they are very deceptive in their business. I talked to a mechanic who used to work there but had quit because of their poor quality service. The mechanic said that sometimes they would inform the customer of quality warranty parts to be installed on a vehicle and then would install parts of lesser quality or inferior. Do not bring your vehicle here, there is many more reputable companies in the area.

Perfect small, locally owned auto shop. The estimates were honest and very friendly quick service. They do what they quote every time. We've always had good service there. Definitely recommend.
