Great Clips

I have been going to barber shops for about 7 years because I know for a fact that men cut my hair at the barber shop the way I ask for it. I was short on time one day and was in a pinch and so I took a chance at the great clips in spring meadows. I went in and got in the chair of the stylist liz. I told her what I wanted and then closed my eyes and waited for disaster. She was very pleasant and there was a man that was cutting hair close by. I was watching him cut hair and Immediately wished that I had been sitting in his chair. He was using the same type of razor that my barber used on me. When my haircut was finished I looked in the mirror and was totally shocked. My haircut was EXACTLY like I wanted it. Liz was the bomb. If you go to this shop, ask for Liz or the guy that works there. Some of my friends have even gone and Liz hooked them up as well. Im not taking a chance on going to any other great clips since I know I can get a good haircut at this one, and almost half the price of my barber shop.

I went to great clips to get my hair cut, my hair was very long almost to my behind. I told the girl I like it long but need a different style. She let down her hair and it was about to her chest and had lots of layers. I said that is what I want that EXACT lenght and layers. She said ok, she cut it to the lenght I want and I said that is perfect then she turned me around and chopped my hair to my shoulders!! Which was another 5-6 inches, I am scared for life, and it will take me years and years to grow it back out. I hate short hair. Then when I called to complain they couldn't even give a refund to me right away I had to go back twice afterwards!! Then they refunded my cut and that is all!! This place needs to hire some new hair stylists & management. As a result I will never go back nnd tell everybody I know NOT TO EVER GO THERE!!
