I specialize in addictions and substance abuse, but treat other difficulties such as depression and bi-polar depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, stress, couples counseling, transitions, and self worth issues as well. I use CBT primarily but will utilize other modalities as needed. I am an active therapist. I treat adolescents and adults and am particularly good with clients who are dually diagnosed (addiction and mental health). I also treat couples and families. I am a consultant to the State of Delaware regarding dually diagnosed patients (addiction and mental health). I am considered an expert in this field.
