Before I describe Francesco's greatness, let me offer this: I am a difficult person in general and was under a lot of pressure (both personally and professionally) when I made this move from VA to NJ. My budget was unrealistic and my wish list was extensive. I was all over the place in what I said I wanted and often went back and forth within a weekend. This is where Francesco excels. He listened to me and understood what was at the heart of everything that I was spitting out. He helped me pick a realistic budget which would allow him to find the important things on my wish-list AND things that I did not even consider (like parking) that was on his radar. My first impression of Mr. Mazzaferro was a excellent one, he was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I had been referred to Francesco by a mutual friend whom had also purchased property via Francesco. I had already been shown property by 6 other agents and was quite disappointed with the results.
