3 stars for good customer service, however, I won't be back. My chemical treatment didn't turn out right and the beautician gave me a good flat iron style the next day. I'm really upset because now I have to style my hair everyday because she did not do the chemical properly. Great girl but now I have to wait forever for my hair to grow out.
