One star is too much!!!! The customer service here is terrible. I didn't buy my refrigerator from this company, but was referred here by a warranty company and it was a nightmare. If you didn't by your appliance from this store, don't expect anything but rude people.

I purchased a living room set from this company in May 2015 for a little under $3000. Two months later, I had a break in and just about everything was destroyed in my home, including my living room set which had a giant tear in one of the cushion. I called Warehouse Outlet almost immediately after the incident and stated what happened(even offered a copy of the police report). They said they would replace and would take about a month for the arrival of the new cushion. I was overjoyed that at least my living room set,or the cushion, would be replaceble. Now January 2016, I have no hope that they will replace, using every excuse possible and a horrific attitude, when I ask about the status of my replacement, which they explained they give me attitude because I gave them attitude,which I did I have been blown off for months. A waste of $2900. I will not purchase from this company again and if you do...goodluck to you. Luckily in May all ties with this company are cut.
