Diane we are sorry for your experience and also for the late response. The Hillman store employees said that they knew you and you had been in the store numerous times, because they felt they knew you they felt that they could joke around a little bit with you. It's clear that something that they said upset you, they weren't trying to do this. The woman in back feels bad that you were mad, she heard you laughing and felt that she was laughing with you, not at you. She did not realize that you were upset and she is one of the kindest nicest people you'll ever meet. We only have certain brands available to us as all Retailers do. When we don't have the brand a customer is asking for we try and find out if another brand might work for them. Evidently this wasn't asked the right way and we are sorry for that. If you're ever in the Hillman store again we will try and meet your needs and expectations.
