I normally do not leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience here that I felt compelled to. This place is a complete waste of time. I have been going here on and off for the last couple of years for body treatments. I received an e-mail from them a few weeks ago with a buy one get one special. I called and asked about it and made an appointment. When I came in to the appointment they asked me where my Groupon was. Both the e-mail and the girl on the phone never mentioned the Groupon. I showed the email to the girl. She said I could not get the deal without the Groupon. I asked her if I could pay for the deal without the Groupon or if she could call her boss or the owner. She said no she couldn't and would not work with me to find a solution to this at all. She would not give me the deal because i never bought a Groupon i was never told about. You don't advertise something you can't fulfill. She would not let me buy the deal when I offered to pay for it right there, nor could she have anyone to contact with a problem. In addition, I don't care if your boss is on vacation. You need to be able to contact her when things come up. What a poor way to run a business operation. Needless to say, this place has lost my business ane gained a negative review. I really did try to work with them when I showed up for my appointment. I showed them the e-mail I had that had no mention of a Groupon, offered to pay them for it on the spot, and asked if there is someone else who can make the decision. The girl at the desk would not work with my problem in any way. What a waste of my time. I highly recommend you do not go to this place. Badly run business and bad customer service.
