As someone who began therapy as a nonbeliever of psychotherapeutic techniques, I came to appreciate Jeff's holistic and nontraditional methods. If you're looking for a scripted therapist who relies heavily on outdated dogma, then by all means, look elsewhere, but if you actually want to learn something about yourself and cure what ails you while engaging in interesting conversation, then you should give Jeff a try.

As for punctuality and emotional presence, Jeff is always on time and seems immersed in what I have to say.

I had 5 one-on-one sessions scheduled in advance for once a week every Monday with Jeff Savlov and he was consistently ~15 minutes late to each session, yet I was charged for an hour (each time) for only 45 minutes. Jeff Savlov would yawn repeatedly and/or appear tired throughout each session and he would frequently have me (each week) revisit my traumatic experience(s) for the sole purpose of his own (poor) notetaking and (lack of) comprehension. Hardly any counseling was given. One time I missed a session and was still charged the full rate, even though the session fell on a holiday. I felt more traumatized after leaving and I didn't even think that was possible - Avoid this man!!
