Highland Physicians LTD

I gave the facility two stars because I'm assuming it's clean. Their front office staff are incompetent. We are new to the area and I wanted to establish a physicians office close to home. She said they were taking new patients but the truth is, I felt like my call was an inconvenience in her day.

By the end of the call, I just decided to say "forget it" we'll go somewhere else.

If you are looking for a new place, I suggest you pass this one up as an option because if they treat a person like that as a "new" patient, what happens after you are established?
