        My dryer quit working right after my move. I received a polite phone call shortly after I requested my quote. Shawn came out the next day and was diligent in finding the exact reason my dryer stopped working. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and did what he could do get me a good deal on the repair. It saved my dryer!

        Dryer quit, bought the part from them, fixed dryer myself without waiting for it to be shipped. Nice folks.
