Those people that work there are so slow, they can't hear anything,I'm never ordering their chicken mc wrap EVER again, They always get my order wrong, they always put whatever they want on what you order of you example: dont want any bacon they give it to you anyway I'm so tired of this, they deserve 1 star
Service at Arby's is not the fastest, especially at their window. But there food is good, the servers are courteous and friendly. The prices are reasonable, so I can't really complain too much.
Remind me if u have an Unhappy Customer as the MGR is it not at UR own descretion how u fix the problem? Well i went to this mcdonalds as i do continuously ordered a milkshake and bc i Dont drive, didn't notice until i was home,and was in a hurry , my milkshake was strawberry instead of vanilla and i called and told the MGR, he said he couldn't do anything (No Authority) which he could've and when i told him he was gonna loose a CUSTOMER OVER A. $2 milkshake he said " I AM SORRY ABOUT THAT" which he could've given me the milkshake but no he would rather loose someone who spends hundreds of dollars a mth over something so small . When i know under these circumstances things like that its at the MGR'S Descretion... I think what he did is wrong and now i will be going to BURGER KING!!!!
I have never been dissatisfied with Chick-Fil-A service. But this young man name Josh at the cashier area have left me astonished! I understand the season is getting busy and more employees are needed, but this young man shows the lack of qualification for his job. And rudely did not take my order until he was directed to. I think they should think twice about hiring such a young man in their fine establishment and long lived good service.
