        Overall

        We had a frozen septic line between the house and tank. Kris was here the next morning, temperature was 10 below - He worked as if it were 50 degrees out, cleared the problem, cleared ice in tank, jetted the line to the house, cleaned up and moved the snow back over the open area to provide insulation. I highly recommend this owner/operator service.
