Elfs Prop Shop

I requested acrylic table numbers be created for my brothers wedding (April 2017). They arrive rushed and flimsy. They also were not in anyway what was expected from the original table numbers requested. Glue was noticeable on the bottom of the base. Many of the table numbers were not attached from the base by the start of the wedding. We had to place the table numbers on the vases to stand up. When I notified Elfren of this, he stated well they were intact when delivered but he would do them over within a week. I called him about 3 weeks later and he stated that it was not his priority and once again when it was delivered they were intact. He told me to call him the next day, in which I did. He did not answer nor did he call back to address my order. Elfren has absolutely no customer service, integrity, and standards for the work he sends out of his shop. You should never have to spend money on anything you'll most likely need to fix.
