Turner Air Conditioning and Heating

When I called him to come fix my AC, he claimed it was a $45 service call. I had already replaced my filters myself and knew that my unit only needed freon. He pretended to do some bogus checking and told me that he was going to charge me $45/pound for freon. That was outrageous! Others that I spoke with on the phone were only charging $35. I watched as he did the job and he pretended to turn the value every now and then while the freon was being filled. Please! You don't have to keep adjusting the valves. It was his way of justifying his additional $95 service/labor charge. I got ripped off. He was rude and full of lies when I asked what numbers the gauges should read. He claimed that he couldn't give me a straight answer because the numbers required him to do calculations in his head. This guy is a con artist and should be ashamed of himself. Because of him, I'm learning how to do things on my own because I will never trust another AC repair man.
