Snowbirdwatch is a Home Watch Service for residents who are away from their homes for long term/short term periods of time. Weekly visits are made to the home to check for any irregularities which may lead to unwanted expensive surprises. Small problems left unchecked turn into large ones. We ensure that landscaping and pool service is being done as arranged, checking for any leaks or water damage after a storm, confirm air conditioners operation, remove junk mail from the property as well as a general overall assessment of the property inside and out. Services may be added or modified to meet the needs of each customer. We remove the worry and stress of leaving your home unattended. FOR WORRY-FREE TIME AWAY CALL SNOWBIRD WATCH TODAY!!! We started this business as we discovered a need we right in our backyard. We had friends and neighbors that have homes out of state and leave their precious homes here in Spring Hill and Hernando Beach unattended for extended periods. They were looking for someone local, trustworthy, reliable and available to be the eyes and ears for their home. We do a weekly or biweekly inspection inside and outside of the house taking pictures of anything that may need addressing. Bobby is more like Macgyver and he can fix or repair just about anything. Donna, on the other hand, is a stickler for details and will notice anything which seems out of place or different. So we teamed up to form Snowbirdwatch LLC Services and have just completed our first busy season as the Snowbirds are returning for the winter season.
