Villas at Oakland Chase

This is a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood! I absolutely love the cleanliness of the property and the attentiveness of the staff in the rent office. They are all very friendly and the maintenance staff is excellent. I definitely recommend living there!

Just moved into this complex a few weeks ago and overall very impressed. Everything has been perfect so far except for the recent snow removal. I think the main road could have been treated more as it was a sheet of ice traveling from the front to the back of the community. My requests have been addressed in a timely fashion and maintenance is great. Would definitely recommend.

WORST MOVE OUT PROCESS EVER! THE SITE MANAGER MANAGER WHATEVER HER TITLE MAY BE IS RUDE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY AN HUMAN BEING A DAY IN MY LIFE. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX CAN NOT KEEP THE SAME EMPLOYEES IN THEIR OFFICE SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO MOVE IN. ITS A LOT OF DEALING WITH A LOT OF DIFFERENT ABOUT YOUR ISSUES. NO ONE PERSON CAN EVER FINISH OUT HANDLING AN ISSUE FOR YOU, ITS JUST HANDED OFF TO THE NEXT NEW PERSON IN THE OFFICE. FROM THE TIME I WAS THERE 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES WAS WORKING THERE AND ALL WERE FIRED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF YOU ASK ME. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE CATS THAT LIVE IN THE DUMPSTER. THE STRAY CATS ROAM AROUND THE APARTMENTS. NEIGHBORS ARE NOT CITED FOR LEAVING TRASH OUTSIDE THEIR APARTMENT DOOR BUT I HAD TO PAY $50 FOR A NEIGHBOR WHO RECIEVED MY MAIL AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH THAT LANDED ON THE GROUND. VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT. MOVE OUT PROCESS IS NOT EASY AT ALL. WAS THERE FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS AND WAS TOLD THAT CARPET HAD TO BE CLEANED BEFORE I MOVED WHEN WE ALL KNOW THE CARPET IS GOING TO BE REPLACED BUT WAS TOLD BECAUSE I WASNT THERE FOR 3 YEARS THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP THE CARPET WHICH WE ALL KNOW IS BS. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
