Dr. Zemmel and Megan are fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable. The staff is polite and courteous.

Dr Montante is very personal and a caring Dr. He listened to my concerns and explain the entire process to me. During my recovery he returned my call promptly when I had questions pertaining to my healing.

Dr. Zemmel, Dr. Montante, their P.A, and office staff are all very friendly, professional, and truly make you feel at ease through every phase of your procedure/treatment. Whenever I had questions, my calls or texts were replied to in a timely fashion, and I was never made to feel rushed out of the office, hastened off the phone, or that I was asking too many questions. I love my results, and would gladly recommend (and have to family and friends) this office for any type of aesthetic surgery or treatment.

From the moment I meant the Dr. Montante and his staff was wonderful. Dr. Montante was the 2nd Dr. I seen about having a panniculectomy. The 1st Dr. in my hometown made me feel bad and by the time I left the office I wanted to die, they made me feel that bad. I was searching the internet for a plastic surgeon and a pop up come on my pc for Richmond Aesthetic Surgery. I called them and it was the best choice I ever made. I was allowed to speak about my experiences about being obese and how I just wanted to feel normal. In 2003 I was 490lbs I had gastric bypass surgery. It left an ugly scar an a lot of hanging unwanted skin , that was painful to carry. I had to buy expensive body garments to hold my stomach in and up from hanging. I am very PLEASED with my surgery. The surgery was well worth it,I feel like a million bucks.. Thank you Dr. Montante and Staff
