Hendersonville Medical Center

After my double pane windows lost their seal and became cloudy, Hendersonville Glass & Mirror replaced the glass without the expense of replacing my entire window frame. I ordered my replacements and they were installed in less than two weeks. They were very friendly and did great work. Best of all, they fixed my windows at a third of the cost that it would have cost me to replace them!

The ad for these folks state they have hours on Saturday. A guy is in the shop on Saturday, but they don't do customer deliveries or any customer related services on Saturday. We scheduled them to come out to estimate some work for us. They scheduled a time and we were there, but they were not. After about 20 minutes, we called to be sure we didn't just write down the wrong day. Nope, not wrong day, they just weren't there. They finally showed up 45 minutes late without any apologies. When they called back with the price for the work, they were not willing to deliver on Saturday and didn't seem concerned that we had to wait 45 minutes past the time of the scheduled time for their guys to show up. It basically was I've in in business a long time and don't really need your business. That's ok. We didn't give them our business and other folks we know that were looking at having similar glass work done, we steered them away from this business also. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
