Founded in 1998, Caregivers is a family-owned organization that serves individuals and families throughout Tennessee. It provides affordable nonmedical homecare services and companionship for the elderly and disabled people, as well as individuals with injury and illnesses. The organization also serves individuals and families who need short- and long-term continuing care and assistance. Its services include personal mobility safety assessments, home delivery of necessary products, financial aid and legal assistance and home repairs. Caregivers also offers various lifestyle support services, including morning care and bathing, light housekeeping, meal preparation and diet monitoring, newborn and baby care and assistance with medications. The organization maintains a staff of lifestyle assistants, nursing technicians and lifestyle support consultants. Caregivers maintains one of its locations in Hendersonville, Tenn.
