Wardley Real Estate, Jeff Sommers, LJ Wardley and Bethany Abgrab took advantage of my families hardship by not telling me how their process works.They told me, "My grandparents did not have to sign their agreement" and used dates that were not correct on the agreement they asked me to sign. They said they understood that my job loss meant I had to sell my home quickly to care for my wife and 7 children. After 2 months I had to find a buyer. Bethany Abgrab said she understood my situation and cried with my wife but Wardley Real Estate, Jeff Sommers, LJ Wardley made me pay. Only the day before closing did I find out they would make me pay them $21,000 6% fee .I had already made arrangements to move on with my life and had no choice. I even offered to pay them half and they would not accept. I had no choice and have lost $21,000. They even celebrated on a phone call to me that they would make money. I did not umderstand the agreement I signed and I still do not understand how they kept $21,000 from my family. They were dishonest (article 1). They told me my grandparents did not have to sigh which is not correct (Article 2). They did not tell me I would have to pay them a 6% fee (article 3). They did not put correct dates and update errors on their agreement (Article 9). I want this complaint to confirm my agreement was not valid and force these people to think about my situation and not do the same to someone else.
