Platinum Real Estate was one of the best experiences i have ever had in business. Noah Herrera Steve Hawks Shelly Tavison and Trevor Graziano were able to find us several investment homes that we fixed up and sold for great profits. We continue to use their services today their knowledge and access to homes not on the MLS and at court house have really changed our lives. I flip full time now. Their knowledge of current market conditions and future predictions is by far the best in Las Vegas. They also have the best real estate education events to keep us up to date on whats going to happen in 6 -12 months. I highly recommend them.

They are true professionals assisting us at every step of the way throughout the process of listing our home, negotiating the terms of the sale and completing the transaction. With Steve's expert advice and guidance we were able to sell our house for a final sales price that was over the appraised value. Steve answered all of our many questions promptly and professionally throughout this process. He is backed by a talented group of professionals including but not limited to an incredible assistant and a photographer that took amazing pictures of our home. The detailed description and pictures alone drove potential buyers to our home. We highly recommend Steve Hawks and Platinum Real Estate and would not hesitate to retain them again.

Steve is there every step of the way and always available to answer questions. Would recommend him to anyone! The Platinum staff was very helpful too. I couldn't believe how fast we got several offers and then in a matter of a few weeks, the house closed. We're going to have Steve list our parents property too.

Platinum real estate was amazing steve hawks helped my family avoid bankruptcy and save our credit in 2012 they helped us first try and short sale but we wanted to stay so diana helped get us a loan modification and the bank reduced our principal after 3 years we got the total principal reduction complete we called steve back to sell our home we sold it for more than any of our neighbors and could not believe we were able to keep so much money from principal reduction. we took part of the money we made and bought a new house platinum team was great we are so grateful

Steve sold our home for the highest amount since 2006 in our area. A Chinese buyer paid list price just like Steve had said would probably happen .I highly recommend Steve. He has a great personality, is very respectful, knowledgeable, and very timely. He always was on top of everything. I never had to wonder about anything. He always kept us informed. Very important he always listened to all your concerns and did not rush or was never too busy. He took pride to make sure you understood everything and you were always satisfied. Let me say I am 67 years needless to say I have experienced a lot. I would put Steve in the top 10 Individuals I have met in my life and as a businessman in the top 2.

Where do I begin? This guy is a real piece of work! He lists homes for a 1% selling commission, but then neglects to do every aspect of his job! I warn you… DO NOT TRUST this realtor, he is the absolute worst!



Steve is unprofessional, unresponsive, and then when he is finally called on it; specifically for “wasting my time” and told he will be reviewed on Yelp, a letter will be sent to the Board of Realtors, and that I expect my listing to be removed as soon as the contract expires in a couple weeks… he becomes angry and begins threatening to sue me for slander!



Really pal, do your job and customers will not tell you that you “waste their time”. Try that… slander?!?!



Slander- the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.



I’m confused as to how I am slandering your “good name”?? nothing in my statements is false!



I could go on and on with examples of Steve dropping the ball, but I don’t want to bore anyone. I’ll just list a couple examples…



1) Not lowering price of my home when I asked three times!

2) Not calling to set appointments when I asked to view homes, but acting like he would.

3) Not giving me an offer until 3 days later, then saying the people put in multiple offers; they didn’t… I called the other realtor directly. She said they were waiting for three days and decided to go with another property because they didn’t know what was taking so long.



Moral of the story, you get what you pay for! Steve’s 1% is more like 4% because the other agent needs to get commission.



If you want a 1% job go with Steve Hawks, because that is what you will get… a 1% job!



Further, time is money…
