Pin-Ups Day Spa

Came into Pin Ups recently to get a deep violet color all over for my hair. Heather took me back and basically made me feel like I ruined her lunch hour (it was 1:30) and snottily told me "she was happy to get me in because she's usually busy on Fridays". She did not seem happy in the slightest and gave her chair neighbor a pissy look. I told her I was wanting a deep violet shade and she started to just lay on color without bleaching my hair. My hair was a black-brown ombre shade, so it needed to be bleached first. So she died my hair a weird mahogany color and I started to cry because I had been siting there 2 and half hours for nothing. So she started to get mad at me and demand what my problem was! I told her that I wanted purple not reddish brown and she said fine whatever I'll fix it. She added a LOT darker color on top of the last one using a different brand color and a level 3 developer (as per her friends idea). Because I had been there so long she didn't dry my hair, it had taken so long that I was there nearly 4 hours and had to leave. She didn't dry it and I relunctantly paid her. She told me after 3 washes it would be a deep violet shade, what I wanted. Now a week and a half later, my hair is a black color that looks RED in the sunlight. NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL!!! I am so upset and I regret going to this place. I do not recommend seeing Heather at all! If you come here, see Angel instead.

Never go here! It's a dump first of all and Julie is so rude ! Never again
