        Parkpoint Health Clubs, locally owned and operated, opened its first club in Santa Rosa in 1983. Parkpoint Sonoma opened in 1989 and the Healdsburg club opened in 2006. With an emphasis on fitness and fun, we offer something for every body. Our fitness floor includes the latest in free weights, weight machines, and cardiovascular equipment (with personal TV screens). From muscle and core classes to African dance, from cycling to Pilates and yoga, you're bound to find the right group exercise class for you. Personalized services, including Pilates and Personal Training, massage, nutritional counseling and facial services all add up to a healthy place to work it all out.
