Not a hour after getting one of there supposly remodeled room I was woken out of my sleep by a bite from a bed bug room 201 which is the put all them people with kids in order to not disturb there other tenants when I book the hotel I wasn't informed of the 50.00 fee that would be added Im on a budget to make it home to see my family after serving tweleve years in the military and letting them see my little girl people stay away please if I makes no sense I'm writing out of anger some inns hotels suites serve full breakfast or a continental which usually consist of oatmeal some kind of Danish orange juice apple juice cereal toast Bagels coffee when I got downstairs all they had was oatmeal and some coffee the orange juice machine was broken talk to some have the residents that have been staying there a while and they said that they had a outbreak of bed bugs in the hotel but because they only did one side at a time so they can try to keep making money the eradication of the infestation didn't work when I tried to get my money back after staying one night the manager or the owner said he would not return my refund
We stayed here 02/27/09 - 03/01/09. The Good:Room was very nice. Flat screen TV, nice furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and was a more than a continental breakfast.The Not So Good: My daughter was asleep and I was watching some TV around 1130pm(about 2 hours after check-in). We heard a key card go into the door and someone walked in! The lady was just as surprised as we were. It turns out the guy working the night shift decided to double book our room. I went to the front desk to request new keys. The (not-so-friendly)clerk said "don't worry, you're fine, I straightened it all out." I still asked for a new set and he refused. I went back to the room and guess what, the keys did not work. So I had to go back downstairs and get new keys. After that everything was good.Outside of the lady walking in, I would definitely stay here again. Let's just hope they have a new person working the front desk at night. One last thing, this hotel is a La Quinta now. I guess they changed names two days before we arrived.
The only thing i can say is about the BREAKFAST ATTENDANT LADY in the morning is NO MANNERS & VERY RUDE & SHES NOT A PROFESSIONAL.
This is the worst hotel ever. I booked a room for one of our employees that drove 400 miles. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! When he entered the room, he found a G-string behind the couch, candy wrappers behind the bed rest and also found signs of bed bugs. They were trying to charge 120.00 for a couple of hours. When I called to complain to the manager I was told by Mike that the manager does not have a set time and he would give him a message to call me. He also had the nerve to tell me that mistakes happen. HOW DO MISTAKES LIKE THIS HAPPEN AT A HOTEL?! I think we should not have been charged the night since we received a disgusting room! NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE!
Staff is friendly; they remember me from previous visits. Rated this at 3? due to one stay here having a few "shady people" and rowdy customers in another room. Other than that, nice place & fair priced if you're on a budget.
