Favorite Indian Restaurant is all around great indian restaurant. The samosas and vegetable pakora are delicious Indian Food Appetizers were great. After 5+ visits, I can't say I've come across a dish I wouldn't recommend - that includes both the meat and the veggie - especially when eaten with the garlic nan. Add in the friendly service and reasonable beverages mango lassi, and butter chicken is worthy of visiting any night of the week. Please Make sure to get an order or two of Gulab Jamun to-go if you're too full for dessert.You won't be disappointed.The servers was very friendly they served us with the best service.

i visited india once and i tasted the delicious north indian food it is full of spices and ingredients in Favorite Indian Restaurant i got the same taste which i got in india..this place in hayward is best place for indian food.

I ordered the Indian Cottage Cheese and it was terribly hard and tasteless. When I asked the hostess to let the chef know, she came out and said that he cannot help it if the raw product is bad. I told her then he should have told you that before we ordered the item. She said the manager said others were enjoying it and therefore I should enjoy as well. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. God help you if you get a bad tasting dish. Either you eat it or donate the money for ordering a tasteless dish.....I was a regular there but since that day I have stopped going their. They have another one opening in San Ramon and I am very sure this attitude will be carried forward.
