Worst car dealer experience ever! This guy hung the phone up on me when I was asking about a car listed on auto trader. I was respectful in ever way possible when I was the one deciding to buy a vehicle from them. I had the full cash for the Audi TT no problem and for no reason the man over the phone hung up on me when I asked to work out a deal. I called back twice and he didn't pick up. I'm a police officer and I've gotten better respect from people I've arrested... Maybe it was just this sales guy, but they shouldn't have someone answering the phone if he or she has rude costumer service.. I'll take my money else where and won't be recommend any one else here.

i found that national auto group is a great place to buy a car also i just recommend it to my 20 year old neighbor just a while ago. my bmw was a great conditon when i bought it, the empolyes were helpful with my choice. i have been driving my bmw for around a year and it barly had any problems. one of the best places around. helped me discover what cars i like;)

I have been shopping a use BMW 325 for about 3 months now and I founded at National Auto Group. I visited the dealer and from beginning to end my experience was very positive. I meat with John about 2 weeks ago and he was able to help me find the right car at the right price and most important, he help me find the financing terms that were perfect for me. I waited 2 weeks to write this review, just wanting to make sure everything was the way he promised and yesterday I took my car back because my fluid for my windshield was not working and John again took care of me an a very professional way and had his service people fix it for me with no hassle. I do recommend this dealer to all my friends and family, and I will always go back to this dealer to buy from them in the futures.

Great experience

I will highly refer family and frends to National Auto Group. I purchased a 2004 GMC and had a problem with the truck shortly after purchasing it and the guys from NAG totally took good care are me and i had to pay 0 out of my pocket. I wish more used dealerships could have the customer service NAG has. Graet place to purchase a used car.
