Absolute worst customer service of any commercial business in the area. There is only one person, (Steve) who can wait on customers and he will take phone calls while customers are standing in the store. He actually initiated a call without acknowledging my presence in the store. He completed his call and stared at me without so much as a "May I help you? or Thanks for your patience" I would never patronize a business with such a disregard for basic courtesy and customer service. Rudeness towards customers is a way to ruin a business even if your product is priced appropriately. Steer clear on this business unless your desire is to pay for rudeness.
