I came into the office as an emergency with sevire pain and no appointment. The staff was understanding and very helpful and aloowed me to sign my name and wait just a little and the doctor took me right in. I can see how people may feel like this is a not completly up to date office but nothing is crazy old. All equipment works perfectly fine and the place does not at all look 1930s. It is decortated very nicely and unless your looking for a complete upscale office this is a great place especially for families the doctors especially Dr. Arnoldt are very enuthastic about their work. She esepecially does awsome work and i have never had a problem since. I return on regular basis and they always make sure i have no other problems. Its a great office and i recommend it.

One of the people below has stated that this office is one of the worst offices to go to. I completly disagree with this comment. My family and I have been going to this office for many years now and we have always found the office to be filled with many funny, caring, and friendly people both doctors and staff members. The owner of this practice is also very caring and stops in as often as he can. He strives 100% for patient sastisfaction. Also if this person below had actually been to the office recently but judging by the date which was all the way back in July 8,2010 they would have noticed that the carpet had been completly redone and all the walls of both the examiniation rooms and waiting room has been repainted. The office also gives you the pleasure around the holidays because they decorate around the office for every single holiday no matter what the religion throughout the year. Staff members also take their own time and decorate the office as seen through all the painting and pictures hung throughout the office. Although the dentist chairs are not completly up to date they also cost about $15,000. If anyone has the money to give them for 9 new chairs go ahead and they will change them other then that they will take time and money to be changed. They still work in great condition and are cleaned directly after someone is finished. This person also says how they do not give you novacaine and this is not true. Though this is not a practice which will put you to sleep they do give you a general annistetic ( novacaine). This person has also adressed the diversity of the patients. Something this person many not take into consideration is that the office is filled with people from many difeerents areas of Long Island. I have met people from New York City all the way to Shirley or even Riverhead and many diverse people live throughout Long Island. This person also states that they had to wait a little for there appointment but anywhere you go no matter dentist or doctor there is usually a wait. Is there not? I know that when i have gone to the dentist they have found something other then what they intended on doing that they said they could fix so if that happens you may wait a little. Some people even come a half hour before the time they are schuedueled and they get mad at the staff for not taking them in. I have seen this happen and this doesnt mean that its the recepionist fault you came before your time. All in all i have no idea were this person gets all of these things about how the office is bad. The staff is friendly and caring and they take everyones insurance and work with you personally. My kids are given gifts at the end of visits and the decor is not of the 1930s. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

I would like to begin by saying that I think that this person's response is completely racist. Does it really matter that a waiting room is full of culturally diverse people? If anything, I think that this shows how each person is treated as an individual no matter what race. I know that when I am waiting in a dental office I do not want the doctor to rush through any procedure with me just because there are people waiting. Although I was seen by this staff several months later, I have never experienced any issues in this office. I was seen by Dr. Arnoldt and let me tell you she was well worth the wait. Her friendly attitude and charismatic personality helped me to forget that I was having dental work. She is definitely one doctor that I would refer all my friends and family to.

I went there on July 8, 2010. My appointment was at 3:30.

At 4 pm I asked the receptionist how much longer? she replied back with a big attitude that there were two more people ahead of me.That could have been two more hours. They finally arranged for another dentist who obviously no one else wanted, to have my teeth cleaned.

The staff is extermely unfriendly and seems like have no proper training on how to treat customers.

The place itself has has decore from the 30's, It is depressing to sit there. the dentist chairs are very old and so is the equipment. I have seen better places in the third world countries. The only thing they care about is your money.

their patients were the ethnic minorities I think they may have been friends of the staff.

The dentists try to save on novacaine and will not give it to you unless you ask.

I will not recommnet this place to anyone
