This is one great group! They are wonderful service folks who go out of their way to serve their customers. They even had a crew of two come to my house yesterday, during the worst heat, to take care of an ailing ductless min-split inverter that was dripping., on very short notice, because they cared for my ailing husband. And their office staff is wonderful: efficient and kind and friendly, all at the same time! Where else can you find this? Just great people with an old fashioned work ethic coupled with caring.

Jeff and his partner run their business just like you would if you started and HVAC Company. They are honest, smart and fair. The love what they do and it shows. They installed a heat pump for me 3 years ago. They had the best price by $1,000. I am stickler for clean work and the install was perfect - much better than the previous one. Their knowledge and patience with explaining things to lay-people is unheard of in construction. I just called them to help with a snow damaged fan blade. Jeff came out in the snow, one hour later. He got the fan on warranty and replaced for a reasonable charge. He also told me there is not maintenance required on my machine other than changing the filter. My previous company charged $180/year to do annual maintenance. What a scam! I 110% recommend S&S.
